Molletes de Chorizo

Molletes are a classic Mexican breakfast, although it can also work quite well for dinner, especially when you want to prepare something quickly.

PREPARATION TIME: 15 min. 

SERVING: for 4-5 people. 

 
 

   INGREDIENTS 

  • House Chorizo
  • Pico de Gallo
  • Oaxaca Cheese
  • Mad Mexican Two-way Jalapeño bean dip 
  • Bread rolls

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Heat oven to 375° F. 
  • Boil water and place chorizo bag in pot for 7- 12 min. 
  • While chorizo is heating up, cut buns in half and spread the bean dip. 
  • Take chorizo out of pot and package and place it on top of the buns. 
  • Add Oaxaca cheese and place in oven for 5 minutes. 
  • Finally add Pico de Gallo, serve and enjoy!
