Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item. We deliver fresh and no-preservative foods, so all products are final sale and do not accept returns. If you receive a product with any issue, damage, or disrepair, you will have 12 hours after receiving the product to ask for a replacement or refund. 

To start a replacement or refund, contact us at office@madmexican.ca and provide all the relevant information to support your request. If your return is accepted, we’ll replace the product in the following route. You can always contact us for any return questions at office@madmexican.ca.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items, like gift cards, cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your request and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
