Nacho platter

 

Get your Mad Mexican nacho platter for your next weekend games night or family movie marathon! Our nacho platters are served with our organic artisan chips, authentic chunky Guacamole, Pico de Gallo, refried beans, our house chorizo sausage, and topped with sour cream and Chihuahua cheese.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Bags of Artisan Nacho Chips 
  • 1 Pkg. Chunky Guacamole
  • 1 Pkg. Pico de Gallo 
  • 1 Pkg. Refrito beans 
  • 1 House Chorizo
  • Sour Cream
  • 1 Chihuahua Cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Warm oven to 375° F
  • Boil water and place chorizo bag for 7- 12 minutes. 
  • On a tray, spread 1 bag of nacho chips, topped with refrito beans then add spread remaining bag of chips. 
  • Now that the chorizo is warmed up, spread on top and top it with Chihuahua cheese. 
  • Place in oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is golden. 
  • Finish with guacamole, pico de gallo and sour cream.
