Flat ironĀ steakā€”also known as a top-bladeĀ steak, top blade filet, and shoulder top-bladeĀ steakā€”is cut from the shoulder of the cow (called the chuck) and is nicely marbled with lots of beefy flavours. We pre-season ours with Pasilla oil, salt, pepper, and julienned onions.

The ample amount of marbling creates an incredibly tender steak and flavoured steak. It is best when cooked on the grill and can be incorporated into various recipes.

Remove the product from the wrapper, warm the pan to medium heat and place two minutes per side.Ā Ā
